cave story (japanese freeware mac/pc platform game)

5 years in the making, and harking back to the golden age of 8-bit platform games, 'Cave Story' (洞窟物語, Dōkutsu Monogatari) is a real treat (released in 2004).

"Pixel" is the independent Japanese game developer who fashioned this remarkable game.
